A new member of staff joins CCCD

THANKS to the African Women Development Fund (AWDF), CCCD will be able to recruit additional members of staff to strengthen human resources capacity to meet programme demand.
CCCD has recently been joined by a new member of staff. Chelesile Ndlovu, 24, joins the communications desk as the Communications and Outreach officer. Ndlovu will play an instrumental role at organisational and programmes level.
“We are thankful for this grant that we received from the AWDF. We strongly believe that AWDF is a social investor that values seeing a social return on their financial investment. By investing in our work, AWDF is investing in the lives of women and girls who are living at the periphery of society, their voices underrepresented, suppressed, unheard and forgotten. Investing in these women and girls is the most powerful way that funders can put their dollars to work,” says Gertrude Pswarayi, CCCD Director.
